Warranty Wolfsburg Tuning offers a one year warranty on all of our products except on brakes components (brake pads, rotors, etc), clutch components (flywheels, pressure plates, etc), and electrical components (sensors, switches, bulbs, etc). Without the RMA number, we will not accept the return. With the warranty, the customer sends the product to be tested to determine if it is defective. If so, a new product will be sent. If the customer doesn’t want to wait for this process, a new product may be purchased while the original part is tested. If the original product is found defective, a store credit will be issued to cover the purchase of the new product. The customer assumes the shipping fee sent to WT and WT assumes the shipping fee back to the customer. If a warrantied item is tested and is found in perfect working condition, the item will be returned to the customer who assumes the shipping fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
