Documentation and pictures will be requested when contacting us regarding claims or damage. If a freight item is refused or returned due to buyer error or failure to pick up at the agreed upon terminal within 72 hours, the buyer will be responsible for ALL return shipping costs. Components including relays, sensors, water pumps, fuel injection, distributors, computers, bolt-on accessories, and wiring may be included. This is strictly for your convenience; these parts are not warrantied and may need to be installed to ensure proper functionality. Transmissions MAY require programming to function properly and TCMs are not typically included. Parts included in the warranty: engine block, cylinder heads, head gaskets, pistons, crankshaft, rods, bearings, oil pump, camshaft, lifters, and valves. Not included in the warranty: intake manifold, exhaust manifold, water pump, injectors/fuel system, hoses, brackets, wiring harness, oil pan, gaskets, and valve covers. All transmissions and engines must be installed with new seals, filters, gaskets, fluids, and cooler lines flushed to validate warranty.
