The dealer currently only sells the rooster comb with the purchase of a valve body for over $1000. This a direct replacement aftermarket rooster comb to save you from making an unnecessary valve body purchase or searching for a good used one. DETENT BORE REPAIR KIT The original factory detent ball in the valve body wears into the aluminum bore due to continuous movement and vibration of the linkage. This creates excessive looseness in the manual valve lever and allows the manual valve to move out of alignment. Some of the symptoms are delayed engagements, low pressures & no starts from the manual valve being out of position due to extra play.
