Please Note: All packages valued at over $500 WILL require a signature upon delivery.  If your package arrives damaged, please do not open and contact us immediately.  If your package is returned by the carrier due to address errors, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.  International Customers: Please make sure you monitor your package. Any import duty/taxes must be paid by the buyer. If you do not pay in a timely fashion your package will be returned. You will not receive a refund for the returned items until they’re delivered. If you’re having an issue with a used or remanufactured item and it’s been installed, we require the buyer to contact us immediately so we can provide trouble shooting information. Upon receiving your new part, there will be a prepaid shipping label included so you can return your core (old part) to us free of charge. Please make sure to use the label we send you. You have 14 days to ship your core back to us from the time your new part was delivered. If you do not ship the core within 14 days, you WILL LOSE YOUR REFUNDABLE CORE CHARGE. Exceptions are possible, BUT YOU MUST contact us to make us aware of the situation. ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Due to the inflation of shipping costs, we are unable to pay for the return shipping on the core.
