Item Information This listing is for a Re-manufactured AF33, AW55-50SN Valve Body for late model Volvos(2004-UP), with the B letter code and 9168 Casting Number(See Picture in gallery for code and casting number location). A visual inspection is recommended to confirm your vehicles version, because we have seen cases of the earlier version of this valve body being in late model Volvos. This valve body is manufactured by Aisin-Warner for multiple manufacturers. Their designation is AW55-50SN, while GM/Volvo refers to this valve body as the AF33. This version is also used in 2004 Nissans only. Please see the photos and illustrations below in our Technical Information section for useful tips and identification information. This valve body is better than OEM, it features many upgrades to increase reliability over the standard OEM valve body. Theses upgrades include: Upgraded Solenoid Modulator, Solenoid Relay, Lockup Relay, Lockup Control Valves as well as PR/boost valves. All solenoids are tested. All linear solenoids are rebuilt.
